AFTER SALES MANAGER
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all after-sales services, including maintenance, repairs, and customer support for trucks, equipment, and parts. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service teams, warranty concerns, and timely resolution of issues.Develops and implements service strategies to improve retention, efficiency, and overall after-sales performance.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications- Applicants must demonstrate functional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin for effective workplace communication; familiarity with or the ability to communicate in local dialects shall be considered an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Possession of a professional license, technical skills certification, specialized vocational training, or higher educational credentials is not a prerequisite for the position.
- Candidates are required to have completed at least secondary education, defined as high school graduation or its officially recognized equivalent.
- Prior relevant work experience is not a mandatory requirement; however, applicants with applicable experience may be given preferential consideration during the selection process.
