Job Summary / Overview
To assist in Client Audits specific to IT and Security areas
To assist in Teleperformance compliance to Teleperformance Policies and procedures related to IT and Security
To perform Internal Security audits and assist in the production, recommendation of development of IT and Security systems, processes and procedures by which the company can demonstrate compliance to required internal policies, legislation and regulations.Provide advice and guidance to Management on compliance to IT and Security internal policies, external standards, legislation and regulations.
The Audit Analyst is expected to be familiar and provide evaluated responses to inquiries and assessments related to information security standards and processes from both potential and existing clients. The Audit Analyst is expected to create and implement an IT and Security internal assessment plan to ensure alignment to TP Policy.They will be expected to assist within Company related to Information Security process and procedures.
No Direct Reports, scope of contact - All employees, department heads and managers at applicable site/s.
Overview of area of responsibility - To assist in the governance of internal and external assurance and compliance specific to IT and Security.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
� Support Client audit specific to IT and Security areas
� Perform Internal Security Audits and audit support for group internal audits
� Facilitate and liaise for the support of alignment of current IT/Security processes with internal security policies and standards
� Identify and support remediation of security deficiencies and gaps with business security controls
� Understand and have good knowledge of TP policies, processes and procedures
� Collect/Locate/upload evidence for completion of Internal Security audits
� Analyze and report on findings and identify risks and non-compliances
� Assist in the lifecycle of action plans, ensuring responsibilities and deadlines for actions are assigned
� Facilitate initiatives in Improvement Programs as required
� Identify corrective actions to close audit gaps
� Evaluate new TP Policy requirements and communicate as necessary
MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Specific Training
� A degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience - Required
Work Experience
� Minimum 2 years full time experience
� Considerable knowledge of Auditing against internal policies and standards
� Operational experience of a contact center multi-channel environments
� Experience working with external auditors to manage the audit lifecycle end to end including gathering evidence, participating in audits and managing corrective action plans
