Responsible for creating and managing HR documents in Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Work closely with HR teams to design document templates and provide user support.
Maintain efficient processes.

Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation and Absence Management.
Strong experience with BI Reports, OTBI and SQL.
Collaborate with HR teams to understand document requirements.
Use Oracle Fusion HCM and SQL to create and customize document templates.
Provide end-user support and training on document creation.
