Responsible for creating and managing HR documents in Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

- Maintain efficient processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation and Absence Management.
- Strong experience with BI Reports, OTBI and SQL.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand document requirements.
- Use Oracle Fusion HCM and SQL to create and customize document templates.
- Provide end-user support and training on document creation.
