IT ASSET MANAGEMENT OFFICER
- Must be a graduate of IT related courses
- Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Must be amenable to work in Ortigas (M-F; 9AM-6PM)
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Tracking and Inventory:
Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses and mobile phones.- Ensure assets are properly tagged and labeled for easy identification
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks to verify asset accuracy
Asset Lifecycle Management:
Assist with the procurement, deployment, and retirement of IT assets.- Manage asset disposal processes, ensuring proper recycling or resale.
Monitor asset performance and identify potential issues or areas for optimization.
Data Accuracy and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset data in the asset management system (Salesforce)
- Generate reports on asset inventory, licensing, and other relevant metrics.
Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with other Teams to ensure smooth asset management processes.
- Communicate with end-users regarding asset usage and policies.
