Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business growth.
• Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities by visiting potential customers, presenting solutions, and conducting product demonstrations.
• Promote and sell a comprehensive range of motorcycle performance products, parts, and accessories, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Provide expert guidance to customers, helping them select products and performance upgrades that suit their needs.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies that expand the client base and increase market share.
• Address customer inquiries, offer exceptional after-sales support, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, customer feedback, and activity logs regularly to keep the team aligned and informed.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to showcase products, generate leads, and foster new relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Requirements:

• - Proven experience in sales, preferably in motorcycle parts, accessories, or a related industry.
• Strong passion for motorcycles and in-depth knowledge of motorcycle performance products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a strong customer service focus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
