Applications Specialist

• Application Management: Process, review, and validate merchant applications for accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve application discrepancies in collaboration with Risk, Underwriting, and Compliance teams.
• System Configuration: Set up and maintain merchant accounts in processing systems, ensuring accurate pricing, transaction limits, and terminal configurations.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical and transactional issues related to merchant accounts, terminals, and payment gateways.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on credit card processing regulations, fraud trends, and industry best practices.

• C2-level English proficiency (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in credit card processing, merchant services, or payment industry support — or equivalent experience in underwriting and risk management in a different industry.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.
