About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Post to join our growing team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE'. As a Customer Service Post, you will be the friendly face of our company, providing exceptional customer care and support to our valued clients.This full-time role is located in Makati City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the management team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
What we're looking for
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
- Willing to start immediately and undergo training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to going the extra mile
