Posted on 16 July 2025POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN SENIOR MONETIZATION OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
- Lead monetization operational strategy for Mandarin-speaking regions, including campaign management, pricing analysis, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch and refine monetization tools (ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, etc.).
- Monitor monetization KPIs, identify revenue opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage end-to-end ad operations, including trafficking, QA, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and enforce monetization best practices and SOPs across different departments.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken); fluency in English is required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
