Role Overview:

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end process from order entry to fulfillment - proactively and reactively being able to communicate with the accounts, meeting the expectations of both the customer and internally across functions.

This role in vital in ensuring a seamless process both customer and the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates order capture and ensure seamless processing of customer requirements entered through EDI and other non-voice platforms
  • Provide order status and resolve order inquiries and escalations
  • Ensure customer master data, account profile information and customer product information are up to date to ensure seamless transfer of data from customer system to CCBPI system.
  • Manage customers’ orders and shipments closely to meet expectations for service and delivery
  • Reports any issues encountered that will affect processing (ex. System issues, material exclusions, outlet number not available, non-compliance to Coke price and credit issues.
  • Provides timely and quality service to customers (raised thru different escalation platforms), in order to meet their needs, as well as to meet the sales goals set by the Commercial Units, according to the established policies and processes
  • Does reports generation and management for critical factors affecting customer and other stakeholders.
  • Provides accurate, efficient service with high level of customer care, and resolves sales and service issues to exceed customer expectations, drive satisfaction and earn customer loyalty
  • Closely collaboration and engagement with other functions to facilitate smooth flow of order to delivery transaction
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in BPO industry is a plus
  • Knowledge in SAP system preferred but not required
