About the role
Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance across multiple communication channels.In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for outstanding customer service, whilst helping to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels in a prompt and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues whilst maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
- Providing accurate product and service information to customers to assist with their purchasing decisions
- Processing customer transactions, orders and requests accurately and efficiently
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in the company's systems
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggesting improvements to management
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Meeting or exceeding established performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings and resolution rates
- Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are advantageous
- Proven experience working in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically when addressing customer concerns
- Patience and empathy when interacting with customers, particularly in challenging situations
