About the role

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance across multiple communication channels.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for outstanding customer service, whilst helping to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

What you'll be doing
  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and other communication channels in a prompt and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer complaints and issues whilst maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
  3. Providing accurate product and service information to customers to assist with their purchasing decisions
  4. Processing customer transactions, orders and requests accurately and efficiently
  5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in the company's systems
  6. Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and suggesting improvements to management
  7. Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
  8. Meeting or exceeding established performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings and resolution rates
  9. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards at all times
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are advantageous
  2. Proven experience working in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a similar role
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally in English
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically when addressing customer concerns
  5. Patience and empathy when interacting with customers, particularly in challenging situations
