About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Operations Lead to oversee daily team operations, drive performance, and support a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding team members, monitoring operational efficiency, and ensuring service and collection targets are consistently achieved.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills to help develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and team productivity
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through open communication and employee engagement
  • Set performance expectations, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion within agreed timelines
  • Track team performance metrics and provide regular operational updates and reports
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity, quality, and overall performance
  • Identify training opportunities and support employee development initiatives
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a professional working environment
  • Recognize achievements and encourage continuous improvement within the team
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and portfolio points of contact
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities and support timely collections and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational standards, and service expectations
  • Support hybrid work arrangements, including occasional onsite reporting based on business requirements
  • Adapt to schedule changes depending on operational demands
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role
  • Background in Accounts Receivable, collections, or operations management is preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
