Job Title: Unity3D Game Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with core team members to rapidly develop game prototypes during the early stages of the project to validate gameplay mechanics.
2. Work closely with game designers and product managers to drive development progress and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of each iteration.
3. Partner with the lead artist to support the realization of high-quality visual effects from a technical perspective.
4. Take full responsibility for all technical aspects during the game development and iteration process.
5. Optimize client-side performance and resource usage.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Unity3D development and C# programming.
2. 2+ years of experience in mobile game development using Unity3D; solid understanding of the Unity3D engine architecture.
3. In-depth knowledge of Unity3D modules including rendering, physics, resource management, and performance analysis; strong understanding of the component system.
4. Familiar with GameFramework architecture; strong problem-solving skills; good communication and learning abilities; clean and efficient coding practices.
5. Experience in AR or 3D RPG game development.
6. Priority given to candidates with outstanding published game titles.
