Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic financial planning: annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash-flow management.
- Drive capital structure and investment decisions: capital budgeting, mergers and acquisition, investment analysis, and financial modelling.
- Oversee monthly/quarterly management and statutory reporting; support external audits and compliance
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks; establish governance frameworks and internal controls.
- Collaborate with business units: treasury, accounting, legal, tax, and shared services
- Provide finance‑business partnering: pricing, cost‑to‑serve, revenue management, and commercial support.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team; uphold a values-driven and inclusive culture.
- Present financial insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- With 8-10 years of experience in corporate finance and finance management
- With excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, governance, and risk management
