Position Summary
The Commercial Leasing and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing strategies of commercial properties of OneComm WorkHub Asia, Inc. to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability. This role involves managing the entire leasing process, from prospecting tenants to negotiating lease terms, while developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the commercial properties effectively. The manager will work closely with top management, the property owners, tenants, and external partners to drive property visibility and tenant satisfaction. He or she shall be accountable for the following:
Leasing Management- Oversee and manage the entire leasing process, from identifying prospects to lease execution.
- Lead tenant acquisition efforts by identifying potential tenants through market research, networking, and industry connections.
- Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations with potential tenants.
- Prepare lease proposals, and contracts, and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor and analyze leasing performance, occupancy rates, and rental pricing to optimize leasing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote available properties across multiple channels.
- Create digital and print marketing materials such as brochures, listings, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external marketing agencies to execute targeted campaigns.
- Ensure branding consistency across all marketing platforms and materials.
- Leverage online platforms, social media, and real estate networks to increase visibility and drive tenant inquiries.
- Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitive properties, and target demographics to refine leasing and marketing strategies.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and tenant needs to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing and leasing approaches.
- Monitor market conditions, property values, and zoning regulations that impact leasing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants throughout the leasing process and tenancy period.
- Implement tenant retention programs to ensure high occupancy rates and long-term tenant satisfaction.
- Address tenant concerns, negotiate lease renewals, and handle conflict resolution.
- Track and report key leasing metrics, including occupancy rates, tenant feedback, and marketing ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, market trends, and tenant retention efforts for senior management.
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage leasing budgets, forecast revenue, and monitor expenses.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective leasing and marketing plans.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
