Are you a performance-driven creative powerhouse with a passion for DTC Ecommerce?

We're looking for a gun Creative Strategist & Video Editor to join our dynamic team on a long-term basis. Flexibility to work remotely and a dedication to delivering high-performing creatives are must-haves.

You’ll be at the heart of developing engaging UGC-style video ads, crafting compelling hooks and scripts, and leveraging AI tools to build variations that convert across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

You'll collaborate with our Account Management team, working across hundreds of products and brands, constantly refining creative strategies based on performance insights.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Creative Strategy: Conceptualizing and planning creative angles and scripts tailored for DTC brands.
  • Video Creation & Editing: Producing high-quality video ads using the Adobe Suite, CapCut, and AI editing tools.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Sourcing and coordinating UGC creators and AI avatars to match creative needs.
  • Scriptwriting: Writing short-form, high-converting scripts and hooks for UGC videos and AI-generated content.
  • Creative Asset Management: Organizing, managing, and optimizing creative libraries for testing and scaling.
  • Trend Analysis: Keeping a pulse on platform trends to craft timely, relevant, and high-impact creatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Reviewing ad results, identifying winning creative elements, and developing scalable variations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience creating DTC ecommerce creatives (please provide portfolio/examples).
  • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut (or equivalent).
  • Comfortable using AI tools for voiceovers, avatars, and editing.
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically — you must love testing and scaling winning concepts.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with creative direction for paid ads in multiple verticals.
  • Familiarity with AI video creation platforms like Runway, Synthesia, or similar.
  • A background in performance marketing or media buying (even better if you can "think like a buyer").
