Japanese Customer Service Associate

Work setup: Onsite, Quezon City

Work schedule: Dayshift, Weekends Off

Full-Time, Permanent Role

Qualification:

  • Open to JLPT N3 Passers.
  • At least a High School Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of BPO experience for English and Japanese accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information, assembling and forwarding information; verifying the customer's understanding of the information and answer. Communicates technical matters in laymen's terms
  • Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiries and responses in customers' accounts.
  • Assists in developing and streamlining procedures
  • Nurturing high-end clientele and being the contact person for status of application and orders, billing and/or payment issues, customer profiles, program and campaign information.
