Processing Plant Engineer

Key Qualifications

Experience: 2.0 years in food manufacturing, production, or process engineering

Special Skills:

• Hands-on experience in electromechanical works.
• Ability to read and understand operation manuals and diagrams.
• Initiative to recognize emerging problems and proactively develop solutions.
• Excellent Leadership and Team player

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise equipment pre and post-operation preventive maintenance.
2. Set up and monitor Further Processing/Marination equipment standard parameters.
3. Regularly monitor machine In-process performance and effectiveness.
4. Management of Further Processing/Marination area equipment and spare parts.
5. Troubleshooting and repair of Further Processing/Marination Equipment.
6. Ensure all processing equipment is in optimum working condition.
7. Ensure compliance with equipment and work area safety.
8. Monitor proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment.
9. Monitoring of Toll Partner compliance with government regulatory requirements.
10. Generate weekly progress reports based on the superior’s requirements.
11. Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time.
