What is your mission?

The role requires proficiency in Amazon’s system, strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Handle and process approximately 300 cases daily using automated tools.
• Verify data and documentation for assigned stores to ensure claim accuracy and eligibility.
• Accurately classify and file claims under the appropriate reimbursement category.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on case progress to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while consistently meeting performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate any issues as needed.
• Keep detailed and accurate records within the case management system.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a senior-level data entry position.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon systems and tools.
• Familiarity with Caselog or similar ticketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Proven accuracy and efficiency in high-volume data entry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
