Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Dispatcher.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Under the supervision of Supervisor, Dispatch, the Dispatcher provides assistance in the actual dispatching of deliveries. Ensures the availability of trucking units or container vans needed for the timely dispatching of delivery and responsible for the completeness of posting of inventory transactions such as receipts and issuances.

Updates truckers and trucking personnel regarding delivery instructions (protocols) and documentations prior to dispatch.

What are the Qualifications?

Graduate of any 4-year course.
Must be proficient in computer applications.
Must have basic knowledge on ENCORE Systems
Must be knowledgeable in warehousing and trucking operations
Personable, smart, hardworking, trustworthy, and a good team player
