Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in NetSuite ERP systems, with expertise in configuration, customization, and integration.You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and implement NetSuite best practices to optimize their ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
NetSuite Implementation:
o Lead the configuration and customization of NetSuite applications to meet client business requirements.
o Manage and execute NetSuite implementation projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Customization & Development:
o Develop and modify SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite tools to extend functionality.
o Design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches.
Integration (preferable):
o Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications, data sources, and other systems using APIs and middleware.
o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
Support & Maintenance:
o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite systems, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
o Assist with upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Consulting & Training:
o Work with clients to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
o Train end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices, ensuring effective use of the system.
Documentation:
o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
o Prepare detailed reports on system performance, issues, and project status.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience:
o Proven experience as a NetSuite Technical Consultant or similar role.
o Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and other technical aspects of NetSuite.
o Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and custom development is preferable but not required
Skills:
o Proficiency in JavaScript and SuiteScript.
o Familiarity with SQL and database management.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Certifications (Preferred):
o NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification.
o NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
o NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification.
Other Requirements:
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
o Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
o Willingness to travel to client sites or work flexible hours as needed.
