Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Multimedia Designer with strong experience creating conversion focused visuals for Amazon listings. This role is ideal for someone who understands Amazon’s vi sual ecosystem—from image sets to A+ content and storefronts—and can execute clean, high quality designs efficiently.

You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and brand stakeholders to produce assets that are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

• Design Amazon image sets, A+ / Premium A+ content, and Amazon Storefronts
• Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and Amazon best practices
• Maintain high accuracy in text placement, layout, and visual consistency
• Execute designs efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Manage tasks and deadlines through Wrike
• Ensure proper time tracking and task documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow creative briefs precisely
• Proactively ask clarifying questions when requirements are unclear
• Revise and iterate designs based on feedback and performance needs

• Strong, proven experience in conversion-focused Amazon design (Image sets, A+ / Premium A+, Storefronts)
• Proven experience using AI tools for image/video workflows (Midjourney, Gemini, Kling, Firefly, etc.).
• Basic motion graphics and video editing skills (CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
• Exceptional attention to detail especially in text accuracy, alignment, spacing, and consistency
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop
• Illustrator/XD
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of branding principles (Typography, color systems, visual hierarchy, consistency)
• Able to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Comfortable working in Wrike or similar project management tools
• Reliable time tracking with clear and accurate task descriptions
• Able to follow briefs carefully and communicate proactively
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Clear and professional communication
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate efficiently
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay composed and productive under pressure
• Amenable to permanent hybrid set-up and midshift schedule
• Amenable to a Sunday - Thursday work schedule (fixed day-off on Friday and Saturday)

• Previous experience working in an agency environment
• Experience handling multiple brands simultaneously
