Experience and Skills: 3+ years proven data entry experience, proficient typing skills, and familiarity with data entry software and spreadsheets.
Attention to Detail: Keen ability to spot errors, strong organizational skills, and understanding of data security principles.Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage time effectively.
Communication and Adaptability: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Core responsibilities:
Data Input: Enter data accurately into systems, verify for errors, and maintain data integrity.Data Management: Organize, update, and secure databases, ensuring regular backups.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks, follow QA procedures, and collaborate to resolve discrepancies.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain data entry documentation, generate reports, and communicate insights.
Task Coordination: Prioritize workload, coordinate with team, and communicate project status effectively.
