We are looking for English Online Tutors who are interested in being a part of our team of tutors. You will facilitate English language classes for Japanese students from kids to senior citizens, providing support with Japanese teachers to deliver instruction.

Working schedule:

• Booking System
• Can open classes from 5AM to 11PM, Mondays to Sundays
• Opening classes on the weekends is required, with 5 hours minimum per weekend (Saturdays and Sundays)

Training Schedule and Details:

• Training will be done online. (training details will be sent once COR is submitted)
• 9-DAY training

Salary Rate: 55 pesos / 25 mins

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree
• Have a good command of the English language or be able to communicate in English.
• Knows how to use MS Teams and is tech-savvy.
• Must be able to attend the training.
• Must be willing to register as a freelancer with the BIR and get a COR.
• Must be able to finish one-contract.
• Must be able to commit to fixed working hours.
• Must have system requirements to be able to work online (please see the system requirements below)

System Requirements:

• Stable internet connection (minimum upload and download speed: 5 MBPS)
• Unlimited post-paid internet; connection via WIFI or LAN cable is fine (internet must be private connection and can have access to the router) (using pocket WIFI or mobile tethering and pre-paid internet is NOT allowed)
• Desktop/laptop: at least 8GB RAM
• Webcam (Built-in or external is fine)
• Headset with a stick-type microphone
• Quiet and private room
• Standard background is plain white background
• Bedroom, Study Room, and Private Office are okay (teaching in common areas is NOT allowed)

Noted: All of the system requirements must be personally owned.

Legal Requirements:

• Must be able to provide a COR before attending the training period.
• During the interview, we will check your RDO (Revenue District Office/BIR branch), and applicants who will pass will need to update their RDO (in case their TIN isn't registered in the RDO based on their residence). The update is necessary in getting your COR. A COR is a prerequisite to join the training. NO COR, NO training.
