Regulatory Pharmacist

Manage the application, renewal, and amendment of FDA licenses, CPR, NN, Halal, and IPO registrations
- Monitor and maintain updated regulatory documents, permits, and compliance records
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams regarding promotional regulatory requirements
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate and facilitate contracts with toll manufacturers for food and cosmetic products
- Coordinate with the legal team regarding FDA and regulatory concerns
- Assist in reviewing packaging materials and product labels to ensure FDA compliance
- Support QA/QC activities including product validations, vendor audits, retention monitoring, and supplier inspections
- Assist in documentation and sample submission to government agencies including PHILGEPS
- Prepare documents required by the Bureau of Customs and other regulatory agencies
- Handle regulatory requirements for organic and inorganic fertilizer registrations and import clearances
- Coordinate laboratory testing and inspection requirements for regulated products
- Act as Pharmacist for HWL Pharmacy and assist in pharmacy and medical device clinic registrations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audit requirements, and government guidelines
