About the Role

We are hiring a Healthcare Operations Director to support a U.S.-based dementia care program under the CMS GUIDE Model initiative.

This role will oversee the daily operations, referral workflows, compliance processes, partner coordination, intake operations, scheduling, billing readiness, and administrative support functions of the program.

The ideal candidate has strong healthcare operations experience, leadership capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily healthcare program operations
  • Manage referral, intake, scheduling, and enrollment workflows
  • Supervise operational and administrative staff
  • Coordinate with referral partners and healthcare providers
  • Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and workflow efficiency
  • Support billing readiness and operational reporting
  • Resolve operational escalations and workflow issues
  • Improve systems and operational processes
Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare operations, care coordination, medical administration, or healthcare program management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience using CRMs, EHRs, scheduling systems, and operational trackers
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
  • Experience in Medicare, dementia care, home care, or value-based care is an advantage
