Continuing our growth in 2025, we introduced Samsam Chikin Korean Café + Kitchen at Greenbelt 3 and the premium grilling experience Sogeum by Soban at Opus Mall, Bridgetowne. We are currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our high-performing team and uphold our mission of providing exceptional dining experiences.
Job Overview
The Assistant Restaurant Manager is the Restaurant Manager’s vital partner in delivering an exceptional and memorable dining experience. You will serve as a leader on the floor, performing Shift Manager functions while supervising daily operations to maintain an inviting restaurant environment.
Track 1: Assistant Restaurant Manager 1 (Kitchen Operations)- Focus: Ensures an effective, efficient, safe, and sanitary Kitchen operation at all times.
- Training: Responsible for the orientation, training, and certification of kitchen staff to meet high skill and knowledge standards.
- Quality Control: Guarantees food quality and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Focus: Ensures effective, efficient, safe, and sanitary Dining/Front-of-House operations.
- Training: Orients, trains, and certifies dining staff to provide world-class service.
- Customer Experience: Manages the "inviting and welcoming" atmosphere of the restaurant floor.
- Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, Nutrition, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in a related field (Assistant Manager/Manager) specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service.
- Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
