QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description:

• Responsible for preparing all the required documents related to civil, structural, architectural and MEPF work during the tendering of proposed projects.
• Do quantity take-off or prepares bill of quantities during the tendering phase, Undertakes cost and price analysis.
• Prepares method statements, schedules, S-curves, tables of organization, and other required bid documents.
• Canvasses and updates costs for materials, equipment, tools, labor, etc.
• Documents records from site inspections to consider during tender document preparation.
• Provides assistance to the BAC and Engineering Committee in compiling all the required documents needed for tender submittal, maintains records or basis of estimates.
• Prepares all bid documents to be endorsed to the project management team once the project is successfully awarded.
• Assists the construction manager and/or site project supervisor for queries that may arise related to the quantity and specification of materials considered.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate BS Civil Engineering
• Practical Experience with CAD, Planswift and quantity takeoff
• Knowledge of engineering and construction especially in cost management
• At least 1-3 years of experience; having a license is an advantage
• Superb work ethic, ability to accept feedback and willingness to work
