About the role

As the Marketing Manager at Good Pastry Café', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. Based in our vibrant BF Homes Paranaque City Metro Manila location, this full-time position will see you leading the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to promote our premium range of artisan baked goods and enhance our brand visibility in the local community.

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to support sales and growth objectives
2. Creating compelling content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing channels
3. Organizing and executing engaging events, promotions, and activation's to drive customer engagement
4. Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic decision-making
5. Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities
6. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven optimizations
7. Managing the marketing budget and resources effectively
8. Providing mentorship and guidance to the marketing team to foster their professional development

1. At least 2-5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across various channels
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives
4. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
5. Creativity and a passion for crafting innovative marketing campaigns
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
