Job Overview:

This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for the medical field, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital staff, in both private and government institutions.
• Present and promote our medical products to potential clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Engage in pre-bid meetings and manage the bidding process for government contracts.
• Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory, specifically focusing on government accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Previous experience in medical sales, specifically handling government accounts, is preferred.
• Familiarity with the pre-bid and bidding process in government sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and google sheets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory is PLUS
