About the role

Become the Retail Operations Manager for Kings Group, a dynamic and growing retail company in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of multiple retail stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

• Manage daily operations across multiple retail stores, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash management
• Provide strong leadership and coaching to store managers and teams, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
• Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
• Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth
• Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional in-store experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the central team to support the implementation of new initiatives and respond to emerging business needs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security regulations across the store network

• Proven track record of managing multi-site retail operations, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational excellence
• Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform strategic decisions and improve business performance
• Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to foster a customer-centric culture
• Familiarity with retail industry regulations and best practices in areas such as inventory management and loss prevention
