About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer/Drafter to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in CAD design, knowledgeable in structural and foundation detailing, and capable of producing high-quality deliverables within set project timelines.

• Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software in compliance with Client-defined CAD standards and procedures.
• Produce design drawings within project-approved budget hours and deliverable timelines.
• Perform layout and detailing work for materials handling and mine plant structures within the assigned discipline.
• Apply strong understanding of structural fabrication and construction techniques to ensure buildable and compliant designs.
• Check design drawings for accuracy and completeness; senior candidates may lead small design teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Structural Designing/Drafting.
• Extensive hands-on proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD (required).
• Must have solid experience in concrete and foundation design.
• Experience in bulk materials handling or mine plant design is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with both local and international engineers.
• Computer-savvy with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in the office full-time at BGC, Taguig City. (Monday-Friday, Dayshift)
