Job Description
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate contractors billing statements and invoices based on approved contract terms and verified project accomplishments.
- Review contract validity and ensure that billing is not processed for completed, expired, or non-compliant contracts.
- Reconcile accounts receivable records and assist in identifying and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Ensure that all contractors billing processes comply with company financial policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Prepare and submit billing and monitoring reports to support financial tracking and operational planning.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Accounting or any related course.
- Preferably has experience in billing, financial record management and reconciliation.
- Must have good communication and coordination skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
