SUMMARY
They will serve as a vital member of our marketing team, focusing on creating integrated activation platforms, place branding for all projects and territory business spaces, and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives on the ground.He or she will report to the Marketing Support Manager. The role will involve supporting product marketing, lead generation, sales efforts, and ensuring administrative efficiency across various marketing activities. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by executing impactful marketing activities and initiatives.
They are organized and communicative, adaptable and creative, pay close attention to detail, and can analyze data effectively to support marketing efforts.
DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
Integrated Activation Platforms:
Collaborates with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop integrated activation platforms for assigned projects.
Coordinates with external vendors and agencies to execute activation plans efficiently.
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of activation platforms, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Place Branding:
Implements brand standards for assigned projects and territory business spaces, ensuring consistent brand representation.
Works closely with design and content teams to create visually appealing and compelling sellers’
tools.
Conducts market research to understand consumer preferences and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Implementation:
Oversees the on-ground implementation of CSR initiatives, including community outreach programs, environmental sustainability efforts, and employee volunteer activities.
Liaises with internal stakeholders and external partners to organize CSR events and initiatives.
Measures the impact of CSR activities and prepares post-activity reports
Product Marketing:
Supports product marketing efforts by assisting in the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Collaborates with the sales team to create marketing materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Conducts market analysis to identify opportunities for product promotion and differentiation.
Leads and Sales Generation:
Assists in lead generation activities through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
Provides marketing support to sales representatives as needed.
Administrative Hygiene:
Ensures the accuracy and completeness of marketing-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and budget reports, in a timely manner.
Maintains organized files and databases to facilitate easy access to marketing materials and information.
Assists in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating logistics for marketing events.
Additionally, collaborates with the Business Process team and Finance to conduct and prepare timely post-mortem reports
Other Tasks
Perform any task that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Experience in crafting and implementing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns (real estate industry is an advantage but not required)
Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus
Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Communications, and other related disciplines
