Job Summary:
Our Store Manager for LOOK at Me Store is responsible for leading, supporting his store team andimproving people practices and programs to achieve highest level of customer service standards and in
store execution to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets; also responsible for the consistent
compliance to Retail Operating Standards.
This role focuses on:
- Driving the store sales performance by ensuring 100 execution and implementation of sales and customer engagement strategies for all products.
- Monitoring and reviewing store sales performance, identifies gaps and
- Achieving shrinkage budget below tolerance level thru day to day monitoring of ROS compliance (store level).
- Analyzing current business processes, identifies gaps, recommending strategies to resolve and improve the gaps and overseeing execution of promotions and other marketing initiatives.
