Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Accounting & Payroll Specialist, you will support the finance department with a variety of accounting and payroll duties. This role is ideal for candidates looking to develop their skills in both accounting and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Support: Assist in processing employee payroll, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, bonuses, and deductions (taxes, benefits, etc.).
Accounting Support: Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing basic financial reports.
Invoicing & Payments: Assist in processing and tracking invoices, ensuring timely payments are made and received.
Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized files for all payroll and accounting records.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external use.
Compliance & Auditing: Help ensure payroll and accounting activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior accounting and payroll staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and a willingness to learn new accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in accounting and payroll.
