Job Description
  • Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, voicemail, and fax channels
  • Process new customer orders and billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Provide product information and order status updates to customers
  • Support invoice and billing processing, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy
  • Drive first call resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional products and services
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and meet service level targets and performance metrics
  • Adapt to changes within workflows and support continuous process improvements
  • Maintain professionalism and consistent customer service standards
  • Contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and collaboration
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, billing, or order processing roles
  • Hands‑on experience processing invoices and managing billing-related transactions
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, follow-ups, and escalations across multiple communication channels
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, charts, and data tables
  • Experience maintaining service performance metrics and meeting service level targets
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong customer-facing capability
  • Ability to provide an audio sample to demonstrate communication proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order and billing processes
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends when required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and accountable work style in fast-paced environments
