The Retail Training Associate Manager is responsible for the training and education of Beauty Consultants, Beauty Therapists, Sales Associates, Counter Managers and Spa Managers under our Beauty Division. They are responsible for designing and executing training programs on product knowledge, core skills development and event protocols in accordance with the brand/s standards.They are accountable for training and motivation to ensure immediate and increased sales of their assigned brand/s.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education- College degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or any Business Administration or Business Management course
- At least 3 years management experience or 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in training preferably in retail
- Strong people and communication skills
- Team management
- Planning and organization skills
- Customer service skills.
