Qualifications:

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree. Open to fresh graduates with a degree in a science-related field
• Licensed Pharmacist is an advantage
• Must have good English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and professional demeanor.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Understand customer health needs and provide product guidance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and membership promotion.
• Maintain product knowledge and share expertise with team members.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, monitor expiries, and assist in inventory counts.
• Follow store SOPs, safety, and health protocols; maintain store appearance.
• Handle sales transactions accurately, observing POS and cashiering standards.
• Participate in store improvement programs and other operational tasks.
