Arcade General Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
  • Direct and manage all daily arcade operations, including games, food & beverage areas (if applicable), and guest services.
  • Monitor arcade equipment functionality, coordinate repairs, and ensure all games are in excellent working condition.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Financial & Business Performance
  • Develop, manage, and track budgets, sales targets, and operating expenses.
  • Analyze revenue streams and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff across all departments.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Customer Experience
  • Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and have a fun, safe experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and oversee promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to attract more customers.
Maintenance & Safety
  • Oversee arcade maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Enforce security measures for guests, staff, and property.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in entertainment, F&B, retail, or hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.
  • Knowledge of arcade/gaming equipment maintenance is an advantage.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
