Arcade General Manager

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management- Direct and manage all daily arcade operations, including games, food & beverage areas (if applicable), and guest services.
- Monitor arcade equipment functionality, coordinate repairs, and ensure all games are in excellent working condition.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Develop, manage, and track budgets, sales targets, and operating expenses.
- Analyze revenue streams and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff across all departments.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Lead, motivate, and coach staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
- Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and have a fun, safe experience.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and oversee promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to attract more customers.
- Oversee arcade maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Enforce security measures for guests, staff, and property.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in entertainment, F&B, retail, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.
- Knowledge of arcade/gaming equipment maintenance is an advantage.
