Barista / Bartender
Core Responsibilities
Beverage Crafting: Prepare and serve a diverse menu of high-quality beverages, including specialty espresso-based coffees, wellness smoothies, mocktails, and artisanal cocktails.
Menu Innovation: Assist in developing seasonal drink menus that incorporate local Kapampangan ingredients and align with the resort's Bali-inspired wellness theme.
Guest Engagement: Provide an interactive and welcoming bar experience, sharing the "story" behind signature drinks and recommending pairings for our F&B menu.
Bar Operations & Setup: Manage the daily opening and closing procedures of the bar area, ensuring ice, garnishes, glassware, and spirits are fully stocked and beautifully displayed.
Quality & Consistency: Maintain strict standards for portion control, recipe adherence, presentation, and drink temperature.
Inventory & Ordering: Track daily stock levels of coffee beans, alcohol, syrups, and fresh ingredients; minimize waste and report variances to the F&B supervisor.
Sanitation: Keep the bar counter, espresso machine, grinders, and bar tools meticulously clean and sanitized at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Dual experience as both a Barista and a Bartender/Mixologist in a high-end café, hotel, or premium restobar is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in operating commercial espresso machines, milk texturing (latte art is a major plus), and dial-in procedures.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine service, and modern mixology techniques.
Education: Certificate or diploma in Bartending, Barista Training, or Hospitality Management (TESDA NC II in Food & Beverage Services or Bartending is preferred).
Personality: Charismatic, energetic, and articulate. You should enjoy interacting with guests and making them feel pampered.Speed & Efficiency: Ability to remain calm and work efficiently during high-volume periods, such as weekend check-ins or resort events.
