The Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing engineering projects, teams, and technical operations. This role ensures that engineering activities are completed safely, efficiently, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.The Engineering Manager also provides technical leadership, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in engineering or construction management.
With PRC Civil Engr. License
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to work and manage multiple projects.
