• Handling inbound customer calls and responding to email and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Actively listening to customer needs and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating complex issues as needed
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of all communications
• Continuously expanding your product and service knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures
• Adhering to established call center protocols, quality standards, and key performance indicators

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively handle a wide range of customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficient in using various customer service software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable
