• College Graduate
• At least 3–5 years experience as a Training Assistant Manager in a BPO setup
• Strong background in US Healthcare accounts
• Experience in:
• Training operations
• Auditing and compliance
• People management and coaching
• Performance improvement
• Experience using the EPIC Platform
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Amenable to 100% onsite work in Ortigas
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule

• Manage and oversee training operations and team performance
• Ensure training quality, compliance, and process adherence
• Conduct audits and identify opportunities for improvement
