ADMIN SUPPORT STAFF - AFTER SALES SERVICE MANAGEMENT

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Support Staff to assist in the daily operations of our After-Sales Service Department. The role involves coordinating service activities, handling documentation, monitoring service requests, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • Bachelor's degree must be in business-related fields only
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or service support roles (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in after-sales service or technical support is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
