We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Support Staff to assist in the daily operations of our After-Sales Service Department. The role involves coordinating service activities, handling documentation, monitoring service requests, and ensuring efficient communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
- Bachelor's degree must be in business-related fields only
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or service support roles (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in after-sales service or technical support is an advantage
