Executes daily, weekly, monthly and semi-annually monitoring of transactions relating to Bad Debts, Bounced Checks, Bank Funds, Petty Cash, Collection, DCAR compliance, EWT, Claims Documentation for Nestle and Customers Credit Terms and Limit.
- Internal Audit
- Conducts audit assessment on the company Monthly expenses;
- Conducts audit assessment on Sell-in transactions (Purchase Order versus Received Stocks);
- Conducts audit assessment on the over-all Travelling Expense of the Company;
- Conducts random Sales Field Audit whenever necessary;
- Conducts regular Bank Deposit Reconciliation audit assessment;
- Conducts audit assessment on undelivered Invoices.
- Daily
- Facilitates monitoring and assessment of Bad Debts transactions;
- Facilitates monitoring and assessment of Bounced Checks transactions;
- Conducts regular monitoring and assessment of of Company Bank Funds;
- Conducts regular monitoring and assessment of Petty Cash replenishments.
- Weekly
- Facilitates monitoring and assessment of collection plans and its progress.
- Monthly
- Conducts monitoring, assessment and compliance to DCAR requirements;
- Conducts monitoring and evaluation of EWT and facilitates its submission to CFO for payment review and approval;
- Facilitates preparation and submission of Claims Documentation to Nestle;
- Semi-Annual
- Conducts monitoring and assessment of Credit Terms and Limit for Customers.

Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of college degree BS in Accountancy- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- Minimum 4 years Accounting experience in Distributor Operations
- Management & Leadership Skills Presentation & Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge of sales & distribution systems
- Knowledge of Finance & Control systems & procedures
