About the role
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Staff member to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a key position within our Administration & Office Support function, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment.You will provide essential administrative support to various departments and teams, contributing directly to the productivity and success of our organisation. This role offers the opportunity to develop your administrative skills whilst working in a dynamic and collaborative workplace.
What you'll be doing- Managing general office operations and maintaining a well-organised, professional working environment
- Providing administrative support to multiple departments and team members as required
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, post and courier services
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and managing office documentation both in physical and digital formats
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and office facilities
- Answering phone calls and directing enquiries to appropriate personnel
- Processing and managing office supplies ordering and inventory
- Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases and records
- Providing general reception and visitor support as needed
- Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the broader office team
- Proven experience in an administrative support or office staff role, ideally within a professional business environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work
- Professional demeanour and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Willingness to learn new software and systems as required
