Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Summary

1Audio Lights & Sounds is looking for a motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Assistant to support daily sales activities, client engagement, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, customer-oriented, and passionate about events, audio systems, lighting, and entertainment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling client inquiries through phone, email, and social media
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for clients
• Coordinate bookings and event schedules with the operations team
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Help achieve monthly sales targets and client acquisition goals

• Create and schedule social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Help develop marketing materials including posters, captions, and presentations
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to online inquiries
• Support branding activities during events, expos, and client meetings

• Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing activities
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and event organizers when needed
• Assist in inventory monitoring for promotional materials and equipment

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or college-level education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
2. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Knowledge of social media marketing and basic graphic design tools is a plus
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
6. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
7. Willing to work flexible hours during events when necessary
