Is currently looking for:

(1) ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualifications for Accounting Staff (Entry-Level)

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Internship or OJT experience in accounting or finance is an advantage

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices (e.g., journal entries, general ledger, trial balance)
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) and other MS Office applications

Soft Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems or processes
• Willing to work onsite and/or in extended hours when necessary
• Knowledge of BIR regulations or Philippine tax compliance is a plus
