Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to support fraud prevention and risk management efforts, with a strong focus on redemption and payment risk review. This role is critical in ensuring secure transactions, minimizing chargebacks, and maintaining compliance through effective KYC checks.Experience in sweeps or social casino environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Review and assess redemption requests and payment transactions to identify potential fraud risks
- Monitor and investigate suspicious account activity using internal tools and rules-based systems
- Handle and resolve chargebacks and disputes, ensuring proper documentation
- Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and due diligence checks
- Apply and follow rules-based decisioning frameworks to detect and prevent fraud
- Collaborate with internal teams (payments, compliance, operations) to strengthen fraud controls
- Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and outcomes
- 2+ years of experience in fraud analysis, payments, or risk operations
- Strong background in redemption/payment risk review and chargebacks
- Familiarity with KYC processes and compliance standards
- Experience working with rules-based fraud detection systems
- Sweeps or social casino experience is a strong advantage
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in online gaming, fintech, or digital payments
- Exposure to fraud tools, risk engines, or case management systems
