About the role
Matimco, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Personnel to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time position is based in Eastern Samar and will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening our key client relationships within the general trade industry.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability for key accounts
- Maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts
- Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Negotiating and securing favourable contract terms and pricing to maximise account profitability
- Regularly reporting on account performance and progress towards agreed targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar sales role within the general trade industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
